The site is informational

Everything here — prices, package descriptions, timelines — is published in good faith to tell you plainly how we work. It's an honest description of our services, not a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result. The terms of any actual project live in the proposal and agreement we sign with you.

What you own

This is the whole point of how we work: the deliverables we build for a client — the site, the brand, the words, the accounts — belong to that client, in accounts they own, from day one. The branding, content, and design of this website remain ours; please don't copy or reproduce them.

Links and third parties

Our forms are processed by third-party services (see the Privacy page). We're not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
